How do I create an event?
To create an event, log in to your admin dashboard, click on "Events" in the navigation, then click the "New Event" button. Fill in the event details including name, date, venue, and guest list settings.
Can I export my guest list?
Yes! You can export your guest lists in CSV format from the event details page. Look for the export button in the top-right corner of the guest list view.
How does QR code check-in work?
Each guest receives a unique QR code when they claim their spot. Door staff can scan these codes using the Entriq check-in interface to quickly verify and check in guests.
Is there a mobile app?
Entriq is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that works on all devices. You can install it on your phone by visiting the site in your mobile browser and selecting "Add to Home Screen".
