By accessing or using the Entriq platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Entriq provides a guest list management platform for venues, promoters, and event organizers. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Guest list creation and management
  • QR code generation for check-ins
  • Real-time analytics and reporting
  • Team collaboration tools
  • Event management features

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breaches
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
  • All payments are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Transmit any harmful code or malware
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Collect or harvest user data without consent

6. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Entriq and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Entriq, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
